Shining life workbook 2016 update

Here are a few more pages from the above workbook...I am still loving the course and my only regret is not having found it 5 years ago when they first came out. I have learnt so much about me so far it's scary, and good. You can bet I'll be buying them yearly from now on. Leonie Dawson is an inspiration and great mentor.
